Massachusetts Telecommunicator Emergency Response Task Force

The Massachusetts TERT program has been developed in partnership with the Massachusetts Executive Office of Public Safety and Security (EOPSS), the State 911 Department, the Statewide Office of Public Safety Interoperability (SIEC), and the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Emergency Number Association (MassNENA).

The Massachusetts TERT program is a team of certified and credentialed public safety telecommunications who respond, relieve, assist, and/or augment PSAPs affected by manmade or natural disasters.

Interested in becoming a TERT Member?

In accordance with the TERT Grant Guidelines, applications will be accepted only during open enrollment periods.
The next open enrollment period is: January 2 – 31, 2024

There will be a limited number of applications accepted.  You can submit your application anytime, and it will be reviewed after January 2nd.

Members are expected to attend bi-monthly training, pre-scheduled mock deployments, have regular communication with the team, and respond to callouts for deployments.
