Emergency Communications Center (ECC) Analysis

The Massachusetts TERT program is in the preliminary stages of recruiting and getting ready for deployments later this year. At this time we are asking PSAP Directors, Managers, Chiefs, and Supervisors to complete our Emergency Communications Center (ECC) Analysis

 This analysis will provide the Massachusetts TERT program with an understanding of specific nuances at your center and what type of certified members you would need for an activation!

Interested in becoming a TERT Member?

Department approval, along with the following training requirements are needed before becoming a TERT member:

Team Member:
IS-100.C: Introduction to the Incident Command System, ICS certificate
IS-200.C: Basic Incident Command System for Initial Response certificate
IS-700.B: An Introduction to the National Incident Management System certificate
IS-800, National Response Framework (NRF)   certificate
IS-144.A: TERT Basic Course certificate
CPR certification
Basic Telecommunicator Course
EMD if applicable

Team Leader: (In addition to above)
ICS-300, Intermediate Incident Command System (ICS) for Expanding Incident
ICS-400: Advanced ICS Command and General Staff-Complex Incidents  certificate
ICS-1200: TERT Team Leader Course certificate.
