Group Membership Dues are $175.00 per year. Thus, more than one person from an organization is eligible to participate in MCSA activities for the low annual dues payment of $175.00.
The MCSA W-9 form may be needed by your agency to process the payment. The MCSA Taxpayer ID number is 22-3762967.
