Registration is now open for a full day dedicated to advancing the emergency communications profession through education, leadership, wellness, and innovation.
Attendees can earn up to 8 hours of Massachusetts State 911 Department-approved Continuing Education and choose from multiple breakout sessions throughout the day.
Topics include leadership and career development, workplace culture and accountability, mental wellness and peer support, crisis leadership, quality assurance, technology and the future of 9-1-1, and more.
Breakfast and lunch are included, along with vendor networking and four training blocks.
PSAPs should review their FY2027 State 911 Training Grant Award and grant guidelines to determine reimbursement eligibility. This training has been added to the approved training list.
