An Emergency Dispatch Quality Assurance Specialist (ED-Q™) is the cornerstone of quality assurance within a communication center. This course will prepare you to effectively review calls in accordance with IAED™ Standards. It will also familiarize you with the basic principles of quality assurance, quality improvement, and quality management.
Topics include performance trending, change management, records management, feedback techniques, call-taker recognition, and continuing dispatch education.
