Currently working as the Director of Public Safety Communications for the newly established East Longmeadow Emergency Communications Center. Almost 19 years experience in the field. Recently completed A.A.S. in Criminal Justice. CTO certified since 2015. Served as a union official for several years. Completed more than 200 in-service classes, courses and seminars related to police and law enforcement, public safety, and first responder issues.
